TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Stay in Hotel Gulaal is a subject to the terms and conditions and the hotel policy
Arrival and Departure Policy
Check in – 12:30 Hours
Early arrival is subject to prior information hotel availability.
Check out – 10:30 am
Late check-outs are normally discouraged but available on special requests subject to bookings and availability.
A Government notification requires the guests to produce the proof of their identity check in. Hence Guests are requested to carry the required documents while stay.
Guarantee Policy

The bookings should be confirmed at the time of reservation by early payments like Credit Card, direct transfer or by Travel Agency.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation request made 15 days prior to check in date no cancellation charge will be levied for cancellation requests made less than 15 days but more than 7 days prior to check in will attract 50 % amount and no refunds will be made for cancellation made 7 days prior to check in.

Cancellation policy for Diwali ,New Year and Desert festival

A cancellation request made 30 days prior to check in date no cancellation charge will be levied till 30 days ,50 % and less than 15 days 100 % or no refunds

Child Policy

One child up to 5 years of age is allowed free of cost.
If a child is above 5 years of age, a charge for extra person is applicable.

Please Note

Effective from October 2nd 2008, the Government has imposed “NoSmoking” legislation for all public places like hotels and restaurants except the designated smoking zones. Hence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in own rooms.
